1. Acceptance of Autonomous Runtime Governance

GnamiAI provides an autonomous AI agent environment capable of planning workflows, modifying workspace files, and issuing terminal commands. You acknowledge that autonomous agents operate based on statistical probability and require human oversight. You agree to review all Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) gates before authorizing destructive system actions.

2. Safe Model Access Matrix & ToS Compliance

Users must strictly respect model vendor Terms of Service:

• BYOS (Bring Your Own Subscription): Allowed exclusively via official OAuth 2.0 PKCE flow for providers explicitly supporting subscription bridging (such as OpenAI Codex). Any attempt to reverse engineer or scrape session cookies is strictly forbidden.
• BYOK (Strict Direct Key Vault): Anthropic (Claude) and Google (Antigravity/Gemini) are strictly restricted to direct API keys. Proxying or spoofing OAuth tokens for these high-risk providers is blocked by the platform and constitutes a violation of these terms.

3. PayPal Exclusive Subscription & Quotas

The GnamiAI Pro tier ($29/month, 12,500 cloud sandbox credits per month) is managed exclusively via PayPal. Subscriptions automatically renew monthly until canceled. Compute quotas and cloud sandbox credits are provisioned immediately upon PayPal transaction confirmation. Usage through your own model subscriptions (Codex, Grok, etc.) never consumes credits. Each cloud sandbox run is metered per action (planning, executions, repair passes, summary) and capped at 50 credits per run, deducted once the run completes (including failed attempts), limited to 20 runs per user per day with a 120-second maximum runtime. A minimum balance of 10 credits is required to start a run. Brief chit-chat bills a 2-credit reply.

4. Cloudflare Edge Rate Limiting & Zero Abuse

To maintain system uptime for all developers, Cloudflare Workers enforce edge rate limits on login and API endpoints. Automated scraping, credential stuffing, denial-of-service attempts, or bypassing the rate limit cooldown banner will result in permanent edge IP firewall blacklisting.

5. Limitation of Liability

GnamiAI and its contributors provide the runtime on an “AS IS” basis. In no event shall GnamiAI be liable for code regressions, data loss, or server downtime resulting from agent execution. Users are advised to rely on the Time-Machine Git wrapper to preserve micro-snapshots.
